Ordering
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have another concern, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
To expedite your request, please have your order number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
Gift cards that are purchased in stores are only valid for in store use and can not be redeemed online.
To redeem a promo code, you can apply this at checkout in the 'Discount Code' tab found under the products you have in your cart.
The common reasons the offer may not be working is if you are applying it in conjunction with another offer, the code is not applied correctly as the system is case sensitive, or if your order is not eligible. To check out the promotional terms and conditions please refer here.

We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal , After Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay and Apple Pay.
The billing and shipping information can be different, however both addresses need to be resided within Singapore. Please take care to ensure the shipping address is where you want your order to be delivered!
To protect your security and privacy, your bank can't provide 2XU with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you need to contact your bank directly to solve these payment issues.
You can try again with a different card, confirming that your details are correct, and that you are shipping to a Singapore residential address.

If you realize that you have made a mistake just after confirming your order on the website, contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to help make any changes.
Please note that you cannot cancel or change your order once 2XU has informed you that it has already been processed. We can only offer a return for exchange or a refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Our dispatch time will be 1-3 business days. All orders will be shipped with our delivery partner in Singapore and transit times will be subject to their timeframes.
* Shipping delays may occur depending on network volume and shipping times may vary across different parts of Singapore.
* Some orders may be dispatched from our retail stores to ensure maximum stock availability. Your order may be dispatched in two parts and transit times may vary. Stores aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days.
* Please allow an additional 1 business day for dispatch during peak periods and our major sale periods such as The Great Singapore Sale, Singles' Day, Black Friday, Christmas, and Year-end Sales.
Sometimes, there can be a delay in getting your parcel to you. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please email us at singapore@2xu.com so we can help investigate and do everything we can to get your order to you.
We do not currently offer click and collect options online. However, our team at our 2XU Performance and Outlet stores are happy to hear from you. You can call any store in business hours for stock availability requests. You can find your local store using the link: Store Locator – 2XU
You have reached our Singapore website and although our products are sold worldwide, we are unable to assist with inquiries from outside of Singapore.
You can only order products from the website in the country in which you reside.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for most products, provided the item is in new, unworn, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
If you need a different size or colour, you may request an exchange within the same 30-day period, subject to stock availability. The first exchange will be shipped at no additional cost.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit based on your preference. Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include underwear, socks, gift cards, and any items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase. If you're unsure whether an item can be returned, we encourage you to contact our customer service before making a purchase.
How Does Our Return Process Work?
To initiate a return or exchange, simply visit our Returns Portal or contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. Returns are handled via our designated courier service, and unless the return is due to our error or a product defect, any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
What Are the Conditions for Returning an Item?
To be accepted for return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging accessories must be included. Products should be free of stains, damage, or odours such as perfume or smoke. You may try on apparel for sizing, but tags must remain attached and the item must be kept clean. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions, and such items may be sent back without a refund. All assessments of returned products are final.
How Do Refunds Work?
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to your original payment method, such as the same credit card used for purchase. The refund will cover the item's purchase price but exclude any shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. If your order included any gifts or promotional items, these must also be returned, or their value may be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 10 to 14 business days, though it may take up to 2–3 weeks in total for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
Warranty
Please email singapore@2xu.com for any faulty / warranty claims. In the email provide your order number and explain why your product is faulty. The customer service team will then reply and send you a claims form that must be completely filled out. Upon completion, the claim will be assessed by our team.
We have the right to inspect claimed damages to items and decide on the outcome and cause of damage.
Warranty or repairs for Wetsuits
For products purchased in-stores, you must return to the placed of purchase to initiate your warranty claim. You will be asked to provide a receipt.

Unfortunately we currently do not offer gift cards online.

UPDATE: During peak promotional and holiday periods, please allow up to 2 business days for a response from our customer service team. We assure you we are working hard to get to your enquiry but due to the influx of enquires, wait times can be expected! Please note that sending several messages will not expedite your ticket, our tickets are displayed to our customer care team in a chronological queue. Please also refrain from calling our stores as they will not be able to assist with online orders and they do not have additional streams to escalate your request.
