This is my second pair which says it all. Long enough to give support to the whole of the thigh and great support without being restrictive.
I’m 5’11” and 11 stone 4 and bought a medium which fit perfectly.
I love wearing these compression shorts while lifting or other intense activities focused on my hips, hamstrings, and quads.
My only wish: PLEASE be a little more generous with the fabric in the groin area. Pardon the metaphor, but I am neither asking for a “push-up bra” effect nor the absolute flattening one the current cut offers, but rather just a little more room for the various bits and pieces down there to be supported comfortably.
I wore these after hip replacement to control swelling and they did a very good job. Also held my ice sleeve firmly against anterior wound.
Also very comfortable and the lower band not too tight to cause swelling lower down the leg
