The compression shirt is excellent—it really supports the muscles, fits snugly, but doesn’t feel uncomfortable. I recommend ordering one size up if you’re buying the short-sleeve version. I bought both short-sleeve and long-sleeve in size S, but when I compared them, the short-sleeve S was noticeably smaller than the long-sleeve S. After exchanging the short-sleeve for size M, it fit perfectly.
In my personal opinion, I highly recommend buying it.
