PHOTO GUIDELINES

As photos are required for all returns, please find instructions below and proceed accordingly. Further, make sure your images are clear and well-lit. Please ensure that you do not share any personal images. Verify before you share.

For Change of Mind Returns or Incorrect Item Sent

1. Take 1 photo of the item/s being returned. Make sure the photo includes the item in its entirety showing the original tags still attached.
2.  Each image file should not exceed 4MB in size.
3. Use a JPG, JPEG, or PNG format

For Damaged/Faulty Returns

1. Take multi-angeled photos and close-up shots for a clear view of the detailed damage.
2.  Each image file should not exceed 4MB in size with a total size limit of 12 MB
3. Use a JPG, JPEG or PNG format
