I bought two pairs of these in the small size after being diagnosed with pots and it was recommended I wear compression socks and garments to prevent blood pooling.
I’m also sensitive to heat as that is a trigger and the socks are lightweight enough for me to wear in the warmer weather.
Also tonight I am 57 kg 165 cm. My calf size is 34 cm yet the size chart put me in the M1 sizing.- the most appropriate size for me was The SMALL.
I tried these on first even though the size chart showed my foot size falling into the larger sizing. The Small is actually the perfect fit.. I’ll be returning the M1 sizes as I put them next to the small size after trying the small one and the M1 was too long for me.

I’m recently diagnosed with POTS and these compression sox were recommended to start with as it will take me ages to get custom made compression and these are so much easier to obtain and try - I have found in the past week that they DO help as they help to mitigate blood pooling and help
Circulation .
I ordered 2 sizes - small (the smallest ) and also the next size up in both colours , I thought I’d be the small size but wasn’t sure as my calf size was more fitting in to the SMALL. It my shoe size was just in the margin for the next size , M1 - sure enough I tried on the SMALL first and they fit perfectly!
I put the SMALL up against the M1 after I tried on the SMALL and they are too long , so I’ll be returning the M1 sized pairs and then ordering another SMALL pair.
To note : even though it says my shoe size, it’s the larger and one size the SMALL is more appropriate for me. I am 50 7KG and 165 cm in my calf circumference is 34cm
